Marquette DE MSN prerequisites where to take them?

Academic adviser claims Utica is better than Portage for Marquette’s program, but budget is an issue. I have 6 kids, and don’t qualify for financial aid due to a disability discharge. My undergrad is 4.0 so not too worried about catching up when the program starts. Just need to get admitted.
