I am applying to the RN program at Marion Technical College. I went and met with someone today but they couldn't tell me much. They said they didn't have a waitlist at the moment but I'm just worried I won't get in because I still have to take the ACT and the next testing date isn't until Feb. 11th. I hope the class doesn't fill up by then. I have all the pre-requisites done and am transferring with a GPA of 2.981. I usually do pretty well on standardized test but plan on studying for the ACT until Feb. I just have a lot of unanswered questions. Any advice is appreciated. How many students do they accept per semester. Will they post in their website when they do go on a waitlist? If you ever applied or was a student in their nursing program what was your GPA, your ACT score, and did most of your credits transfer from an out of state school? THANKS in advanced!!!

Have patience. This is going to be a long slog.
Those who are impatient fall by the wayside.
Don't worry this school isn't going anywhere and when you have your credentials together you can move it forward.
