Congratulations!! Would you mind sharing what your score on the quiz was, GPA, and type/ how much ICU experience you have? Military background? Volunteer experience?

I have 2 years of experience, had a 4.0 GPA, scored an 18 on the quiz, and volunteer weekly for a Hospice company.

Congratulations on getting in! I interviewed 10/6 and haven’t heard anything but they told me the second week of December. Here we are! I’m anxiously waiting with all of you haha

I'm so anxious. I interviewed on 10/6 and still haven't heard anything. Anyone know how many people have gotten accepted yet? I know of one through facebook and two on this thread?

Has anyone the applied already taken the biostats class? How is it?

I also know of 3 people accepted so far, and no rejections that I’ve heard of. I haven’t taken biostats. Wishing us all the best of luck.

Hi everyone!

I am reading through this thread and wanted to post my info. I interviewed with Marian 10/3 and was accepted 10/13. They did tell me during my interview that decisions would likely be made by early December. My interview (Mostly EI and what type of patients I take care of) was with the assistant director and another faculty member joined via video, then had an interview with current students (was more of a discussion). The CCRN style test I got 15/20. My acceptance email was from Helen Buckley with graduate admissions.

I have been an RN for 3.5 years & in ICU for 3. I’ve had staff ICU jobs at trauma I and II hospitals, and I traveled for a little over a year at trauma I and II hospitals! Currently at a Level I. If I had to estimate my GPA overall it was around 3.5, and science was around 3.3. I never calculated it out strictly since everywhere calculates differently. GRE 305. I have a previous BS in health science and played D1 softball then before going back for my RN-BSN. My leadership exp is not nursing related due to traveling a lot but I did touch on them in my interview. The big ones we discussed is that I am a high school head softball coach and floating into charge positions as needed when I was a traveler.

I hope that helps everyone & sending you all the best of luck!! You got this!
