Manila Doctors Hospital- Nursing Opportunities

Good day!

Is there anyone here in this forum working or had undergone training in Manila Doctor's Hospital. Can anyone explain to me how their nursing training program goes and after that is there any possibilities that they gonna absorb their trainees to be probationary nurses in their hospital.

Anything you share and experience on that institution would be greatly appreciated. I know there are some other forums about MaDocs but I hope it will be a new thread here because the previous forum on that is already obsolete. Thanks!

Hi. I wanna ask if whats with their psychometric exam and interviews, any ideas? Thankyou. :)

My friend told me that MDH latest batch of trainees started already.

is there any possibilities to be absorb in madocs if you undergo their training?

Does anyone here have an idea on what do they mean on NURSE FLOATERS? Is this the manpooling of madocs?

I passed the Nursing Aptitude Test last March. It was wayyyy harder than the NLE. Then they told me to go to the hr for scheduling of psychometric exam, and I'm scheduled next week. When I asked a nurse from manila doctors last time, she told me that the psychometric exam was more on logic, and that it is time pressure because you only have 20 minutes to finish the test. I don't know if that is still how they conduct it. :cat: I hope I'll get hired soon, so as not to be tambay anymore hehe. If you have good credentials, even if you're not from manila tytana, you have a chance to get hired, (well, if you have backer too). Kudos to all walk-ins and don't have any backers that are now employees of MDH :)

Their pyschometric exam was really hard. I didn't even finish the exam :(
