Is anyone doing functional and nutritional assessments in the ED :rolleyes: ?

Specializes in Emergency Room/corrections.

we ask about unusual weight loss in the last year, and also assess whether the patient is having any safety issues. Unless they present with injuries sustained in a domestic abuse or sexual abuse manner, or unless they are harmful to self we dont check the box.
