Malcolm X Nursing Program - Chicago, Spring 2020

Published

Anyone Applying for this Spring Term? I'm so lost on how the Nursing Department is processing all submissions -- and the office has not been helpful in giving clear instructions. Anyone else who has completed this process have any tips? My biggest fear is having all requirements turned in and they are not processed.

I didn’t get any emails and no change to my portal:(

The entire process is a nerve-racking ordeal. No return calls and no return emails makes the waiting even worse.

Steve, my background check and medical still show incomplete too.

I looked back to last year's post and it looks as though they began notifying people after the first week in December. Maybe the 19 students already accepted are those that weren't selected last time around.

I looked up some of the classes for nursing 101 and they are filling up! Maybe some people did get their acceptance emails already.

No changes to mine either. I just wish they would either say we got in or didn’t. Sending out acceptances 1 by 1 is ridiculous.

Do you know how to register for cLasses? The one I need is running out of spots ?

Last time I tried it wouldn't let me. I'm not sure if we need authorization first

Did they send you all an email or was the acceptance in your portal? I didn’t receive an email. And the portal is tweaking so I can’t check to see if I was accepted

It was both. It was sent yesterday around 5pm

Yes!!! I got accepted to Malcolm x and college of dupage. Does anyone knows what’s the passing rate at Malcolm?
