Hey everyone! I'm running a bit behind on my application for the ADN program. The only thing I have left to do is for castle branch to verify my medical documents for varicella, MMR, and HepB. But everything in my application still says incomplete? I've called multiple times but have heard nothing from the nursing department. How is everyone else's application process going? Super nervous I might not get it finished in time for the deadline.
I think that they are emailing back a ton of people right now. I messaged them weeks ago but I know there's hundreds of applications for them to go through right now. I'm guessing it'll all be fine for you guys if you already completed it but it's just annoying that they haven't stayed on top of it bc it's been hard to get in contact since I started.
But yes I emailed the people in charge of medical documentation and it took a while to get a response
They responded back to my email and turns out I am missing the Covid Booster. I asked one of the clinical coordinators if I was missing anything and she did not mention the booster so I thought that would be a after acceptance requirement.
They make you get so many vaccinations prior to an acceptance it's very overwhelming especially if you do all the vaccines to not get in.

I wasn't immune for Hep B or Varicella so I went and got the booster shots for them on the 9th before the deadline and castle branch says I have 2 incomplete items still cause they updated it to me needing another round of titee drawn due 12/9. Wonder if this hinders me from being considered. Anyway how's your guys process going?
I was in the class of Dec 2022, when I was accepted I was non-immune to hepb and varicella, but in the process of getting my vaccinations. As long as you are in-process of either being vaccinated OR waiting for your titer, you can still be accepted. Hope that helps.
The medical one takes a minute since it's all manually checked... mine said completed shortly after the due date, but I started my application relatively early. I got updated to viable candidate on Monday and then yesterday morning got accepted - so they're definitely checking and getting things done! Good luck to all!
