Need some info on MNCP. Doing it on post pardum. Have to have 6 diagnosis. My teacher is real particular. She doewnt want the usuall like pain and so forth. If any one has some suggestions. That would be great. Or
A completed nursing care plan. So much to do so little time

James, I seriously doubt anybody here will give you a completed NCP. Now if you have questions about how to start, or want some help fine-tuning what you already have.......

Maybe I can help you out a bit....
Tell me a bit about your patient and I'll try to come up with some diagnoses, but as for the care plans...you're on your own for those!
Some things to consider: For Post partum - teaching should always be included - breastfeeding, post partum care (ie bleeding, signs to watch for), Risk for infection (the cervix is still open, c-section incision, IV placement, etc), Something psychosocial, depending on the patient, i.e., coping mechanisms, etc., Any difficulty breathing? Urinating after delivery? Bonding with baby? Nutritional issues: vomiting, nausea related to epidural or surgery, NPO because of surgery?
