Hello from "The County"- way (but not all the way) up in northern Maine (Aroostook County). It's much more technologically advanced than you may imagine. We moved here from NC 3 yrs ago. Much demand for nurses here (as is the case everywhere); however, hospitals are spread apart by at least 30 miles- if the hospital is where you want to be. Best things to us here are nature everywhere, majestic beauty of the scenery, very friendly and trusting/trustworthy people, very inexpensive real estate, significant family and work values, and overall peace. -TR
