Can you experienced travelers comment on using mail services like Fedex etc, which ones you use, recommendations, pros and cons etc?
Thanks

I use Priority Mail, Over Night or 2-3 day delivery and have had no problems. One of the companies I travel with uses DHL who also does a good job, but finding a drop box for them is sometimes a pain in the butt.
I think I should requalify my question...
Im referiing to mail services people use rather than a home mailing address. A Rad tech I work with uses a service as a mailing address which sends him his mail once a week or more if he wants.
This way no matter where he and his wife go they consistantly get their mail without having the hassle of changing their address every few months.
I hope this clears things up.
Anyone else use a service like this?

Ahhhh, thanks for the clarification. Yes I use a service like that too. I have my mail forwarding service set up through the UPS Store. They are a national chain and you probably have one in your area. It costs me a couple a hundred dollars a year for the Box at their strore and for the forwarding service. I have it set up to where they forward all my mail once a month. If I move to another assignment or location I just email them or call them on the phone and tell them the new address. Has been working great so far.

When I go on a travel assignment, I put my mail on vacation hold for 2 weeks and then forward as a temp forward. This way I get my mail without any huge bills to pay which is ridiculous. My credit cards are all paid online, my electric bill is paid on the phone and I have my cell phone paid as a drop payment on a credit card. Cable is paid online so whatever does come through the mail is not something I could be late with. I pay my car insurance every 6 months so again that's not a really big problem.
