just wonder if anybody can elaborate this topic by describing what is the meaning of a magnet nurse and what are the benefits on being one...

You are going to have to give us more information for anyone to answer your question. There is a certification that a facility can earn -- being designated a "Magnet" facility. For more information about that program, visit the website of ANCC (the American Nurses Credentialing Center): you can read all about the certification program there.
However ... it sounds from your post as if a particular hospital or person you have talked to is calling individual nurses "Magnet Nurses." If that is the case, you will have to ask them exactly what they mean by that. It could mean a lot of things. For example, they could be using the term for any nurse who works in a hospital that has earned the Magnet certification. Or it could refer to a nurse who is serving on a committee or doing some special functions in support of the hospital's efforts to earn and/or maintain the Magnet Certification. It might also refer to the individual nurse in a hospital who is responsible for overseeing that facility's efforts to obtain/maintain their Magnet certification.
As I said, if it is referring to a specific individual or sub-group of nurses, you'll have to ask them exactly what they mean by using that term.
