Can someone tell me which hospitals in Orange County are magnet hospitals? Or could you direct me to a wesite where I could find this info out myself. I tried googling it but I didn't have much luck.

I'm really confused on the whole union hospital thing. I just can't grasp the idea..

Sorry, what part of union is confusing to you? A union is an organization that employees are members of, and the organization helps protect the rights of the employees, as well as act as a negotiating team between management and employees. Hope this help clear up any confusions as to what unions are.
