Hello guys,

Thought I'd start a thread for all those MCC students that applied for the MCC Fall 2025 nursing.  I'm anxious and nervous I have a 3.8 GPA but did not do very well on the TEAS.

Hi y'all!
Please let us know when you get the news so we can rejoice with you!  Still waiting for some news over here!! 😬

Still waiting as well! I have a feeling we might find out next week for sure 😅 how many students do they accept? Is it 160?

Hi I'm soooo nervous I think I did pretty good though!

I got a 3.7 and a 86 on my TEAS

You did awesome!! You'll have no problem getting in!  Good luck to you!

Is the GPA they calculate for only those 4 pre requisite grades?

Because it says "A GPA will be calculated on the prerequisite courses" which means they only calculate those 4 prereq classes we took, right? If so, my GPA is a 3.0 with 86% TEAS score

Yeah, only the 4 classes are calculated.

Hopefully we find out soon. The wait is literally driving me crazy.

They email us through our Macomb email right? On outlook?

I believe so!

Hi everyone! I also applied for this year. I called the first week of April and spoke with Terri. She said we will find out by the end of April, early May. Even though orientations are in May 🫠. I also found out that selective admissions covers EVERY degree program not just health programs so that's why it's such a long wait. I've never been so anxious in my life!
