M.S.N. or M.A.N? and what are the advantages of having an M.S.N degree in the states? thanks! ;)

I know a few nurses here in the US whose MANs are not recognized by their facility. However, the MSN is widely accepted here.

MSN. This is my first time hearing of a MSA. Here in the USA majority of advance practice nurses have MSN. I feel a MSA may be a conflict in regards to unfamilarity and may halt academic/clinical positions for you.

Hope this helps.
