Okay guys, someone explain this.
I went to bed last night around 11. I had a busy day, got a cat scan (with contrast), hung out with some friends, but I felt fine.
I wake up around 3 in the morning and lymph nodes are swollen. And when I say swollen I mean I couldn't even look down swollen. I went to hospital, no fever, sore throat, nausea, nothing. No high blood pressure.
The only problem was my lymph nodes. The inflammation went down however they started to hurt. Kinda like a burning feelng up to my ear. Doctor checked me. No strep throat or ear infection.
She chalked it up to pharyngitis. Sent me home with amacillan and motrin. My LN still hurt but I'm really fine other than that.
What do you guys think? What could be the reason behind this odd, random inflamation?

Wait, did YOU have the CT scan or a patient you took care of?
