I'm currently trying to apply for LPN/LVN in California. However, I believe that my work education would probably qualify me for RN in other states. I want to leave my options open, since I may be relocating in the future. This process is also time consuming so I hope not to have to do it more than once. So my question is:
1) If I apply for the RN in CGFNS, could this also be used to verify my education for the California LVN or do I need to submit a separate application for LVN in CGFNS?
2) If I do end up submitting for LVN in CGFNS and later want to do RN, will CGFNS need to verify everything all over again from scratch or can they leverage the information they already have for the LVN and just obtain any other additional information required for the RN?
Appreciate your help!

CGFNS may be able to use documents sent however I do believe there is a time frame of x amount of years before you have to start over again
