I reported a supervisor nurse for multiple serious med. Errors and falsifying documentation, was switched without my consent to day shift(had worked nights for 2 yrs) the following day. Within 5 days I was terminated for a med error I do not agree with. Would like clarification on med error I was terminated for and is that retaliation?

No it isn't retaliation. You have a right to know EXACTLY why you were terminated. 

Seek the advice of a union and/or lawyer.
