LVn to RN schools

I just recently applied to a private school for the LVn program, but I want to apply for the Rn program at a community college, I just want to know if anyone has done this going to private school and applying at a college for the RN..I already have my prerequisites, but I did not do that well in anatomy and got a C. Now, I applied at cerritos college too for the RN and they denied me because I had repeated Microbiology. I'm really scared that this will really affect me when trying to apply at other schools. The bad thing is that I just recently failed med surg at RCC. I was struggling the whole time i was there studying 30-49 hrs a week. It was insane. This kind of scares me that other schools will not like the fact that i was in the lvn program before and failed it. If anyone can let me know if they have gone or are in the same situation i have gone through. Thanks.

I thought cerritos college accepted 1 repeat of the 3 sciences , no?
