LVN to RN resume

Hi all, 

does anyone have a sample resume for an LVN applying for an RN position. I just passed NCLEX last week and starting to look for jobs. I have 3 years working as an LVN. 
 

please help ?

don't think an lvn can work as an RN o_o

Unless u went to RN school .
