LVN relocating from TX to Nashville!

hi everyone! i'm a lvn licensed in texas and i am going to be relocating to the nashville area in june and i was wondering if anyone knows of any clinics that are currently hiring or clinics where i should look to apply? i've only had my license since january of 2010 and i mostly have clinic experience, which is why i'm asking, in mhmr, family practice, internal medicine, women's health and pediatrics [thanks to being a float nurse in a community healthcare center]. i've looked on sites like indeed and careerbuilder but since i'm not really familiar with the clinics in the area i'm not sure where to start looking so any help or suggestions or experiences would be awesome! also will they look at the fact that i have a tx license and choose an applicant with a tn license over me? thanks in advance :)
