I was recently accepted into the LVN program at the Gainesville, TX NCTC campus. Any other new students or former students who can give me advice?
Does anyone know if their LVN to RN transition program requires experience prior to applying?
Thanks,
Betty!

Hi everyone, my name is Katie, and I plan on applying to the traditional program. I live in Bells, so its about a 45 minute drive for me, but I'm so ready to reach my dream! :) I know they have an online program, however, I feel in person would be best for me. I'm going to advising next month and plan on registering for the PAX exam. Does anyone know any free practice sites, or if possibly the library has a study review? I unfortunately don't have the money right now to buy a review book. I look forward to meeting some of y'all!

Betty, major CONGRATS! Did u take the PAX test? Was it pretty easy like HESI or more difficult like TEAS test? I am applying for the Online program and won't take the PAX exam until next week. Any advice on the PAX exam would be great!

How are things going? How was the
1st semester? On the math, was it taught to you or do u need to search for a nursing math textbook separately from the lesson?

I have the Pax book can give it to you if you still need it
Did you take the PAX test for this session? I scored low but I'm hopeful...I will say I'm above 80s.
