Feb 16, 2016 You posted that you just passed the NCLEX-PN not even a week ago!No reputable agency is going to hire an inexperienced new grad LPN. There are limited LPN travel jobs but most likely found with the bigger agencies. The recommended experience is two years full time paid nursing experience. Travel nurses get a brief facility overview and are put to work. No mentor, no facilitated training or orientation. It's expected that the nurse is an experienced nurse ready to hit the ground running.
