LVN IP permit?

anyone do this route? the boards site is totally redone and now I cant find the information on the IP permit. This is what I think we can do... please comment;

Once we graduate we can get a permit, I think it was $45... we can use it until we take our NCLEX... if we fail NCLEX it is no longer valid. The only permit info. I see is for RNs. Its late now and I will be calling the director tomorrow but if anyone knows first hand its be super appreciated... I have just 2 days left of school and I need to work to pay off my $30,000 in DEBT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

https://app.dca.ca.gov/rn/tlverif.asp This is the only website I could find anything about IP but it's the RN site. I did find on the LVN site the fee is unchanged this year at $40. I don't know why they don't have an application. Best wishes.
