I'm international student here in LVN program.Does anybody know if I can transfer to public university to get BSN after finish my LVN program in SF?? Nurses are still short-handed here?? And my friend is a male nurse. Do they need male nurses here?? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

you have to contact the individual nursing schools to find out. if you are international and here on a student visa that might make a difference as well when it comes to admission.
