Lucille Packard New Grad Program

Greetings everyone!

I got an interview for the Lucille Packard Children's Hospital Residency program. It's going to be panel interview with Behavioral questions. I haven't experienced a panel interview and I've only answered minimal behavioral questions in the past. And I really want to get into this program because peds is the specialty I'd like to get into.

Any ideas on how to prepare and make a great impression? Any help or advice is much appreciated.
