I haven’t heard anything either. Sent another follow up email on Monday and they said everyone will be hearing this week.

I got a letter in the mail yesterday saying I was on the alternate list. During my interview they said basically that they chose their top 20 right out of the gate (aka the fortunate few who got chosen first—which btw congratulations to all of you; you deserve it.  If I get in, be my friend and my study buddy LOL).  With that in mind, I have a feeling that they chose whom they were going to let in immediately, and whom they were going to let be on the waitlist from the very get-go.  One of the people I work with applied to four different places. Two said no, two said yes. Their advice was, “apply, apply, apply.”  LSU isn’t the only program.  You’ll get in somewhere.  You just gotta go for it to get it.  I don’t know you, but I have faith in you.

For those who got accepted, do you mind sharing your years of experience, GRE score, CCRN or not, your cumulative & science GPA, and what your interview was focused on, please?

I received a reply email a couple weeks ago after conferring the acceptance but that’s it no other information
