are there any lpns in school from memphis tn???

Hi guys I'm a new mom and I can't wait to go back to school! I am on pins and needles wondering if I'm going to get accepted in to the lpn program here in Memphis Tn!!! I've passed the entrance test with very high scores!!! So I think I might be in. I am realizing very quickly that long term my income that I make now just won't cut it for my family and I so, I've decided to go back to school. I was wondering is it even worth it in Memphis Tn to become an lpn? I've researched the potential for lpn's here but, I'd rather have a real lpn give me advice. I plan on working as an lpn on the weekends after graduating and then I'm going to push myself to go back to school to become an Rn. I would try and become an Rn first but certain circumstances are preventing me from do so. So I'm going to stick to my plan. Please give me some advice if you can... words of wisdom would certainly help!!!
