Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can help me find some good websites that could tell me about an lpn's role in the nursing arena and in relationships with RN'S and cna's. I have a paper due on this subject and cannot find a good reference with this information. I am from CT and have looked up Ct nursing laws but i am obviously barking up the wrong tree. Any response will be greatly appreciated!

Try your state board of nursing, or really, any of the states. They don't just have the laws, they have position statements where the board has clarified issues like these in the past.
Most have their 'delegation models' spelled out and most probably detail the differences in practice between licenses and with UAPs.
I know Texas BNE (Bd of Nurse Examiners) has a detailed position paper, with a chart, about the difference in practice between RN and LVN. They have another position paper about delegation.
I looked at the ct site:

"The practice of nursing by a licensed practical nurse is defined as the performing of selected tasks and sharing of responsibility under the direction of a registered nurse and within the framework of supportive and restorative care, health counseling and teaching, case finding and referral, collaborating in the implementation of the total health care
regimen and executing the medical regimen under the direction of a licensed physician or dentist."
