Hello, My name is Leticia I current live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm considering enrolling in Kaplan College and taking the LPN course but I'm worried if there will be a problem transferring my license from Nevada to Texas were we will be moving to next year after I'm done with the program. In Texas LPN are considered LVN's.. If any one has any information on this process please let me know???

It is automatic. When you obtain your new TX license it will be an LVN license. Should you go back to another state with LPNs, you would then get another LPN license. The process should not be difficult, just go to the TX website and look at the process. If you are moving there, you might want to consider getting your initial license in TX to begin with and save time, money, and effort.
