Run from ASC! Not a good company. I worked for them and you can PM me for more info! Sometimes lower wage is better conditions. Consider a Trilogy facility in your area, as yes, pay is lower, BUT-great staffing ratios, great benefits at reasonable or free rate, and employees are treated well. Its the lowest paying RN job I've ever had, but its the employer who has treated me the best. And this is in 18 yrs, so that says much to me

I've recently graduated school and I'm looking for my first LPN job! I was wondering what is the typical starting pay for LPNs in Indiana. I've been on one interview and they offered me $16.85. It seems a little low to me considering that I'm in Indianapolis. Is this a good starting pay?
