LPN scope of practice and alternative healthcare

I would like to eventually offer an alternative healthcare approach to allergy treatment (based on known practices of Eastern basis). Can anybody tell me whether an LPN license is sufficient in NY state for providing such a practice? I know that NYS allows such practices if you are an RN or LMT but not sure about LPN. I've searched various NYS regulations but cannot find a specific answer.

Your best bet is to place a telephone call to the New York Board of Nursing in order to get the answers to your questions, since the NY BON regulates LPN practice in that state.
