Hello! I've been an LPN for 1 year and a half now in a pediatric ENT/Allergy clinic. I LOVE my job, but I am honestly looking at the job I am doing for my provider and at similar jobs in our system and realizing that nearly everyone else doing a similar job has their RN or they have been an LPN for decades and are making SIGNIFICANTLY (at least 10k/year) more than I am. This clinic wouldn't let me keep the position as an RN, but I can't help looking at the pay difference.
I am wondering if anyone would have any suggestions for LPN-RN online programs or would be willing to describe their experiences in them. Quitting my job is not an option and finding an evening program is next to impossible.
