Hi my ultimate goal is to get my BSN. I found a private school that has a lpn-BSN program but its expensive. Is it worth it to go straight for the BSN or should I do the lpn-RN bridge first and then RN-BSN?

Well, couple of things to consider, ADN- and BSN-prepared RNs don't have a significant difference in pay, in some areas like med-surg, ER and ambulatory. ADN nurses can even be supervisors/managers for BSN nurses.
BSN nurses are more likely to work in specialty areas like ICU and telemetry. Also remember, if you're trying to work in a magnet hospital, they prefer BSN nurses.
Now, is it worth it to you?
