So I'm an LPN, about to graduate in May with my ADN, and I'll be interviewing soon. My question is, how would an interview work if I'm an LPN that has practiced for 5.5 years and is going to be an RN? There's also a chance I'll be interviewing before I graduate, in which the same question applies.
I'm just a little nervous about this. I don't wanna focus on the LPN too much and overshadow the RN, but I also wanna make sure I don't ignore my LPN past work.
