I believe that program sells study materials, not an actual school. Its similar to RUE and The College Network. It sells study guides to help you earn credits towards an actual college you're enrolled in.

Uhh, what exactly is The College Network. They were here last week at our college trying to recruit around and I personally didn't get a real clear answer from them about the online RN bridging program. Is this a legit program or just some stepping stone that leads to nonsense unaccredited invalid courses=big debt? I'm not interested in it but what's their MO?
The college network is a test preparation business. They will sell you there study guides that is supposed to guarantee that you'll pass the Excelsior College exams. The College Network is not an actual school, but you'll have to sign a contract with them, which will be almost impossible to get out of if you change your mind about using their study guides.
