It depends on your specialty. I'm a LPN and my specialty is dialysis. Some places don't want to admit that the hire LPN's but they do, you just have to call and apply even if it says RN. You have to put your name and foot out there.
I believe it has to be with in the last 6 months to a year. I would still apply even if it says RN and google travel job LPN in what ever specialty you have experience in with in the past couple months. It should be 2-3 years of experience or more
