Hope that I'm not too late... I will be graduating in May from SCTI. It's a great school & comparable to community college courses. The staff is great & if you show that you are dedicated they will go to bat for you. Don't think that just because it's a votech it's not hard though. The classes are tough, you work your butt off in clinicals but I'm confident that I'm prepared to work. Good luck.
I never had any desire to do the nursing program at RVCC. SCTI just seemed to be a good fit. Never would have made it through without Mrs. Stitley kicking my butt all the way. They had some really awesome instructors when i was there. They are truly a group of wonderful, caring and compassionate nurses and tremendous educators. Good luck with the rest of your time at SCTI!

Is anyone taking or took the placement test for the LPN program at Somerset County Technical Institute? If you took it was it hard? What was on it? And if you are taking it? What to study?
