LPN petition for license renewal help

Im petitioning the BON in Missouri. My problem is I have tags on my name from an incident where I took blame for throwing things. My license in kansas was taken for 2 years. My lpn lapsed in Missouri because I did not live there. I need to write an explanation why. Do I need legal help. Should I add to the explanation that I did not know what to do about the accident. Or have witnesses state what they saw happen. I was jumped by a CNA. No one saw it happen, but her friend. I threw stuff when I heard them laughing. I took guilty in court I did throw stuff at the girl that sat on top of me and beat me. It happened 4 years ago. BON saw it when I applied for multi state license.
