LPN Payscale in NW Washington?

Anyone know the payscale for LPN's in NW Washington? Seattle-Bellingham area?

I work at a LTC/Rehab facility in Seattle and I make $18/hour. I'm a new graduate.

I'm 30 miles south of B'ham and started at 14.75 in LTC. My classmates in B'ham all started at 14.25-50. St. Joe's in B'ham hires some LPNs, but I don't know what the wages are. RNs were 23.50. Clinical LPNs are around 12.50 from area up to B'ham.
