Hello everyone new to the group. I am a first semester student of the LPN program in AZ. I am taking my final exam Monday, but I am going in with a 70 average, but I need a 75% to pass the class..what you y'all think of my chances of getting a 95% on this exam to pass. I am nervous about this math is my hardest subject of all. I just need some kind of advice of what I should do.I feel like just dropping out and not even to attempt of taking myself thru the hurt of embarrassment. I need some uplifting spirts right now thank you in advance.

In my opinion the only thing to be embarrassed about is giving up. If it turns out that you fail the class, then the only thing you can do is retake the class in summer or fall. You can use this class as a learning tool. Figure out what you did wrong and do better next time. Also, the next time you take the class it should be easier. You can ace the sections you did well in, and hopefully have a head start in the sections you didn't do well in. You know which sections those are so make sure to pay extra attention and ask as many questions as you need. You've come this far by getting in the program, don't quit so easily. No one is going to look down on you for 1 bad grade. If being an lpn is what you want to do, then don't let anything stop you. I hope this helps a little. Keep your head up!
