I'm in Job Corps right now about to start the CNA program and I'm thinking about advancing through to their LPN program for free, or just doing an RN program through a community college. The only thing that's making me think so hard about this is that the RN program won't be free, but the LPN program will be. I would feel stupid passing up a chance to get free education, but I hear so many LPN's say to just get your RN. Does anyone here have experience with Job Corps? Was it hard to find a job afterwards with Job Corps on your resume?

I don't know a lot about the Job Corps, but from reading their site it seems like the LPN would be the way to enter.
You would hae to meet all the school and state and federal residency and entry requirements of course.
