I was wondering how long it takes to get placed into the LPN program. I submitted my application in March and I have the worst anxiety about it. How long do I have to wait to get placed and how long until I know when I start the program? Thanks

I got the same email. So hopefully we will start together. On the bright side. I'm going to take my pre. Reqs for my RN this fall.

I got wait listed for this fall (email saying I didn't get picked), but was told that I'm #1 on the wait list so there's a good chance that someone will defer or drop out before classes start and I would be the first to fill their place. Not saying I want someone to drop out, but if they do, at least I finally get this nursing moving along!

Whos giving you this info they wont tell me that its a numbers list they avoid it so unfair man

I think it depends on when you applied. When was your time stamp?

I applied in December. When I spoke the my advisor, they mentioned that fall 2016 cohort students were to be considered from those applications submitted between June 2015 through December 2015.

Also those who are the first few on the waitlist might be given their place number because of their increased chances of getting in this Fall -- as opposed to those who just recently applied from January till now.

Nope, I'm waiting to hear back. They said they would send out more notification end of June/beginning of July.

Anything new from anyone? I've only received an email On Sep 29th asking for my interest in the program and what cohort I wanted..

They usually send out an email asking if you're still interested before they make a decision on placing you. I got that email asking if I was interested back in April of this year and then got my acceptance email back in July right before the August start date
