I am 21 years old and I have been an LPN for almost a year. I am currently taking my pre-reqs that I need in order to get into the LPN bridging program at the University. I am very interested in going to a third world country this summer. I have been doing lots of research but it seems to me that all the places that I find are located in the States. Does anyone know any any organizations in Canada that go do missionary work? If anyone can provide me with any information thatd be great. Thank you

Are you going to pay your own way, or are you looking for some type of organization to sponsor your travel? When you say missonary work, do you mean volunteer nursing with a religious component?
Where in the world are you interested in working?

Hi Suga18
I realize your post is a couple of years old now but i'm just wondering whether you found the missionary work you were looking for and how you enjoyed it. I am hoping to do missionary work too! Best wishes
