Hello,
I am 19 and I graduated from LPN program from Community College in MA.
In month or so, I am planning on taking Nclex.
I have been thinking lot about my future, and I want to get my Bachelor degree.
However, Lot of school that offers LPN to BSN bridge programs takes about 2 to 3 years, and requires lot of general classes. Thus, I wanted to ask you guys If you think I should do the bridge program or If I can, transfer as Nursing student at 4 years and start off fresh ( Simmons College)?
My third option was to transfer to 4 years and major in something random, and make friends, and study abroad, and for masters do the direct program so I can get my RN license and NP license.
What are all your opinions?
THANK YOU.

Not all your credits will aply and it depends on the school, the school i went to only took few credits. Call the school and ask.

I am bridging my way through my nursing career as well. I finished my LPN in August (passed my NCLEX in October and started my first nursing job a week later!), then going on next fall for LPN-RN, and will work on my BSN (with tuition reimbursement), and so on.
Best wishes! If you know what you want, you will do whatever you can to get it accomplished.
