Hello all fellow nurses. I have a question. I am currently working as LPN in Vancouver. The last couple of years, the LPNs were merged to join the RNs in the same union. Now, after I am done my RN (which would take over two years), will I start my pay wage as a fresh grad or would my years of experience from LPN count? Somebody tell me how it works please. Thanks.
