LPN to ASN Acceptance

After being an LPN for 9 months, I received my letter of acceptance to Saint Joseph's School of Nursing for the LPN to ASN program. I am really excited because I have many goals for my nursing profession and as competitive as it is in this field I am happy someone gave me an opportunity to get closer. The program is a total of 12 months. I like the fact that we will be using ebooks that are up to date with the newest information. I have to complete my fafsa and complete some medical paperwork. Also orientation is at the end of next month so I will find out more about it. I do not look forward to wearing uniforms, especially the dark blue which I wore for LPN school. It makes me feel so routine and boring, but I will get over it. I am not sure how big my class will be but I am hoping everyone is friendly and motivated. Overall I am excited for the next steps in life/career/education.
