Low GPA - accelerated program or any other options?

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for advice but I really hope someone can help me out. I graduated from ryerson with a 2.5 GPA in public health and safety program (I know its very low) 4 years ago. I was wondering if western or Mcmaster will accept me if I go back to ryerson and take non degree 10 uni credits and do really well in them? Will they take that into consideration even though I have already graduated? I ask about western and mcmaster because thats where I live. The reason why I have such low GPA is due to mental health issues plus my father suddenly passing away. My highschool grades are all high 90’s. I would really appreciate a reply. Thank you so much everyone.

    Hi! You should definitely email the schools and check to make sure, but I think if you take 10 FCE's you should be fine? Good luck with everything ❤️
