I'm on the waitlist also, but hoping to get into a school closer to home in January. So if I get accepted there I'll take myself off the list.

I believe most of us applied to multiple schools. 
Does anyone know when is the deadline for the acceptance student to pay for their commitment fee to reserve their spot? 
how much os the committeemen fee? Is it $1500??

I think the deadline depends on when you received the acceptance. My deadline was September 15th and yes it was $1500 to hold your spot.

So for those of us that are waitlisted, if we don't get off the waitlist this time, do we reapply next year??

No but it will be a slow process now. Like I stated in another post I know a person that was accepted in December and then 4 weeks before classes started.

Emails with directions on how to activate the LSU email have started going out.   Also, orientation is  on-campus May 22 and 23, 2024.

Hope everyone had a good holiday. Seeing if anyone waitlisted was called yet? A friend of mine in the program said she thinks they started calling people last year in December. Anyone else heard any other rumors or the same one?
