lost sheep

it had been 3 months since the dreadful day of knowing i didn't pass the first time. it crushed my world and turned me cold. it was the first failing moment in my entire life. of course, i knew it could happen to anyone.

i prepared a lot for the test but my best wasn't good enough. they said i nearly passed but it wasn't a consolation to me.

it had been very hard for me to accept that. i prayed a lot - for God to give me strength to continue and move on. i've always wanted to serve HIM for His greater glory. but whenever you're close to HIM, the more trials you face and hopefully overcome.

now, i am ready to take the challenge again! hope to test again this november and now with more courage and strength with God's blessing.

With God there's nothing impossible... please include me in your prayers as i will always remember you all in mine...

"LORD i humbly ask you,

to make me an instrument of your healing team!!!"

i would check the sticky at top of thread new revised first tip of suzanne's plan. i am using it i will be taking it a 3x in oct 19. keep your head and have faith , believe and you will succeed. we never know why god puts us in theses situations but, know he knows what should happen in our future that we will never know because we did everything would be easy. stay determined and god will follow thorough don't give up.

I will be going to retake nclex-rn for the second time in week November. I need lots of prayers!! My confidence was shaken as well but just recently over the past month I have began getting mentally prepared to do this again.

God bless us and enable us to become safe and healing nurses!

Same situation here. I took mine 3 months ago and didn't pass. I will be taking my 2nd one in 3 weeks. I thought I was ready and had so much confidence that I would pass.......but it didn't happen. I believe that there is a reason for everything. For one thing this has made me a more focused person and my belief in HIM has never changed, just made it even stronger. Good luck and let's all celebrate our accomplishments.

Hi everyone! just believe in yourselves that you can do it with God's hands on us.

I know how it felt when we stumbled down, but we should have the courage to pick ourselves up and continue with our quest!!!

a favorite saying I love is that God does not always come when we want him, but he'll be right on time...keep the faith and keep trusting in him..it was not your time, there is a reason, bigger and better things to come.. when it is reveal, please share with us....:nurse:

i am counting down the days to sit for the exam. whew! i think the first time i took the exam i was more focused on the content and had a little info about the test taking strategies.

so now, i'm into questions everyday using the strategies... :)

i am feeling so anxious now. but i really pray it will turn out well.
