Hi All-
I am about to be a new grad in May from a small nursing college in Maine. I plan on moving to NYC with my friend hopefully by early August. I have no experience (besides clinical rotations in school) and am very naive about choosing a good hospital to work in. I want to be happy when I move down there and would like to work in a respected, fair, teaching hospital that I won't become overwelmed in. Actually, I am very overwhelmed by the whole situation and some advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Be prepared to change jobs a few times over a period of a few years!
I hope you will like it down here.
